Development of a Model Evaluation Program of the effects of Research ethics education
with an Interdisciplinary Approach

About

The education and training of research ethics for researchers are mandatory under the rule and law to prevent misconduct and to conduct reliable research activity on the primary and clinical study in the medical field. Nevertheless, the vast amount of effort and budget, including the labor cost, is in need to conduct the practice and to manage registration.
In that circumstance, the evaluation scale that visually represents how the education and training of research ethics would work to prevent particular misconduct (i.e., fabrication, falsification, plagiarism) is in demand.
In the development of this research project, we conduct the program development using the evaluation scale model to achieve research ethics education with the property of aspirational ethics. We proceed with this project based on the system of the education and training of research ethics with the form of scores for researchers at the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine.
